  • Non-Executive Director with over 30 years experience in strategy, technology, and marketing across Australia, the UK, and the US.

  • Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at ABC and the Chair Remuneration Committee at Cluey Learning. I am President of the AICD NSW Council, and serve on AICD Advisory Committees on Technology, Innovation, and Education.

  • My career spans leading digital transformations for major brands like McDonald’s, BBC and Channel 4, driving growth and turnarounds in healthcare, technology, and consulting sectors and editor and media positions in business journalism.

  • I have led more than 30 digital projects including strategy, product and brand streams for the first UK streaming service for Channel 4 ( 4oD now All4) and for the subsequent joint venture streaming service for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

  • Member of the Convergence Review Committee, appointed by the Australian Federal Government which reviewed media and technology regulation.

  • Industry Professor at UTS Business School where I co-curated the first online only course- the Master Digital Marketing. Worked on UTS Futures Academy strategy which devised micro learning modules to address skills gaps for corporates in cybersecurity, technology and change. Currently an Adjunct Professor UTS and delivering subjects for a range of MBA Programmes

  • Experienced moderator and presented the inaugural Digital Director webinar for the AICD and Federal Government
