Board Experience
Louise is a board director with deep experience in AI, technology and strategy . Louise combines a strategic and governance lens on emerging technologies, with qualifications in AI Strategy and Safety and experience as Chair of Audit and Risk and Remuneration and Nominations committees.
She is focused on governance of AI, working with leading practitioners including AIUC, a US start-up for certification and insurance of AI agents. She has completed AI Strategy, Safety and Ethics courses at the Center for AI Safety and Blue Dot Impact and is on the Advisory Board of the Centre for AI, Trust and Governance at the University of Sydney.
She has worked across technology, financial services, media, health and education in Australia, the UK and the US. Her track record includes leading two of the first video streaming services in the UK working with Channel 4 and the BBC and overseeing technology projects for companies from McDonald’s to British Gas.
A former Industry Professor at UTS Business School, she co-created the school’s first online-only course, the Master of Digital Marketing.
